1. Before you cart out

Considering potential inventory discrepancies and to ensure stock availability, kindly DM a screenshot of your cart to our Instagram before checking out! If you've already checked out, no worries, simply DM our Instagram to work something out.

We will reply to you as soon as we can! (Typically within 1 working day)

2. Order Processing + Shipping wait times

Total wait time = processing time + shipping time

Processing times:

    • Ready-stock items; 1-2 business days
    • Pre-order items
      - typically 1.5-3 weeks for clothes
      - typically 2-4 weeks for bags & shoes
      **All products are pre-order items unless otherwise stated!


Shipping times for Singapore addresses:

    • SmartPac tracked doorstep delivery (2-3 business days)
    • FREE delivery (for orders under 2kg)

Shipping times for Rest of World:

    • Uninsured tracked economy postage (10 -14 business days) 

      *Please note that processing and shipping times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. Chat with us on instagram @luxe.edit.the if your order is urgent! Shipping delays are not eligible for refunds.

3. Refund / return policies 

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We are a special factory outlet boutique with already heavily discounted products - please understand! ❤️


All orders are processed once placed, hence we cannot change or cancel your order. Any changes to your orders are on a best-effort basis.

We do not cater to perfectionists. Fussy buyers are advised to shop from the original retailers instead!

1. All items are brand new.
2. Cosmestic imperfections are not defects. eg. creases, loose threads or very slight dirt (not stains!).
3. We are not liable to lost/damaged parcels. Option to top up for parcel insurance is available.
4. Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds.

Should you require any help with sizing or picking between various styles, do reach out to us before ordering — we’re friendly! 🙂

If there are any problems with your order received, kindly contact us within 3 working days of receipt. Any requests beyond that date will not be entertained. (We've had ladies return us dresses claiming they're brand new but have been worn and damaged 😢🙏🏻)

7. Customs duties & import taxes

For Singapore addresses:
- GST is absorbed in the prices!

For orders shipping outside of Singapore:
- Not opting for parcel insurance? Shop with ease with minimal duties and taxes!
- We have to declare the full order value for insured parcels.

8. Product authenticity & label conditions 

All products are manufactured using either i) materials from original factories, or ii) premium materials very close to the original. We only use trusted factories with exceptional workmanship and service standards. Some items have their labels cut (we will specify on our website if it is cut label). Cut labels are not considered as defects. Actual product photos are available for most of our products -- check our website and/or instagram!

10. Why are there no options for the shipping fees displayed?

When shopping from outside of Singapore, shipping rates for Standard and Free shipping ($0) should be displayed at the check out page.

If any of those rates are missing, your cart likely contains products that exceed the weight limit for Standard (2kg) and Free (2kg) parcels.

Kindly Instagram DM us for a shipping quote to have your whole order sent as one big >5kg parcel! Conversely you can cart out just 3 to 6 items at a time, if you wish for the items to be split into separate parcels for shipping.
